    03: As of September 7, 2017, the warranty period of any Cadiz smart lock product (any series, any model) sold in the official retail channel of Cadiz is three years. Within three years from the date of shipment of the product, you can enjoy free maintenance services from Cadiz or its authorized service agencies.

    For products purchased before September 7, 2017, the warranty period is one year. Within one year from the date of product shipment, you can enjoy free maintenance services from Cadiz or its authorized service agencies.

    Note: The above warranty does not cover card damage and loss, wear of the case, buttons, and battery wear.
  • When one of the following situations occurs in your purchased Cadiz Smart Electronic Lock, the free warranty service will be invalidated, and Cadiz and its authorized service agencies will charge according to the Cadiz Paid Service Charge Standard:
    01: The product free warranty period has been exceeded;
    02: Failures caused by the user's unauthorized removal of locks, self-repair, modification or repairs performed by non-our authorized service agencies;
    03: No valid warranty card (except those that can prove that the machine is within the free warranty period);
    04: Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.);
    05: Damage caused by human factors: including use in abnormal working environments (such as strong magnetic fields and strong electric fields), failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions of the product, resulting in damage to the door and door accessories (except door locks) or Problems such as the lock position shift due to falling, twisting and other poor quality problems.

    Note: In the process of providing paid services, if Cadiz or the authorized service agency did not inform the charging standard in advance or did not charge according to the charging standard, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Cadiz. service fee.
